Complete line to produce round plates in, consist of:

  1. Dosing unit from Engiplast. Gravimetric. With this system the line is receiving the material directly from Silo’s and it is possible to get other materials from Big-Bag as well with screw from side silo. The gravometric system can get 4 different materials. Before the final material comes on extruder, is moving by a Engiplast system which keep the pressure directly on the screw of extruder stabilize. In this way the extruder will never run without material and control the pressure on the screw.
  2. Main Extruder OMV with The Dirve of from ABB type 250L-2 year 2013 with 440 V, 615 A, and 315. Screw diameter 120 mm and L/D 33. 7 air blowing cooling zones and heating zones. BT Plast Screen Changer hydraulic and automatic with pump
  3. Co-Extrusion OMV year 2013, with the drive on is ABB Type DMP 160-4M, 52 kW, 460V, 125,2A. Screw diameter 60 mm. BT Plast Screen Changer hydraulic and automatic with pump.
  4. Maag Melt pump
  5. Feed Box for A-B-A system
  6. Flat Flex Lip Die 1400 mm
  7. OMV Thermoforming machine included with calander-
  8. 5x Chilling units for calander and tool.
  9. STS packaging unit Model N26P, Year 2013
  10. Web-Grinder CMG type: 1200/TR-NX, year 2013 with blower and Silo to return the flakes directly into the Extrusion line.

Komplette Linie zur Herstellung von runden Platten in, bestehend aus:

  1. Dosiereinheit von Engiplast. Gravimetrisch. Mit diesem System erhält die Linie das Material direkt aus Silos und es ist möglich, andere Materialien aus Big-Bag mit Schnecke aus Seitensilos zu erhalten. Das gravimetrische System kann 4 verschiedene Materialien aufnehmen. Bevor das endgültige Material in den Extruder gelangt, wird es von einem Engiplast-System bewegt, das den Druck direkt auf der Schnecke des Extruders stabilisiert. Auf diese Weise wird der Extruder nie ohne Material laufen und den Druck auf die Schnecke kontrollieren.
  2. Hauptextruder OMV mit der Dirve von ABB Typ 250L-2 Jahr 2013 mit 440 V, 615 A, und 315. Schneckendurchmesser 120 mm und L/D 33. 7 Luftblas-Kühlzonen und Heizzonen. BT Plast Siebwechsler hydraulisch und automatisch mit Pumpe
  3. Co-Extrusion OMV Jahr 2013, mit dem Antrieb auf ist ABB Typ DMP 160-4M, 52 kW, 460V, 125,2A. Schneckendurchmesser 60 mm. BT Plast Siebwechsler hydraulisch und automatisch mit Pumpe.
