Elektra series: RV4-M_RVE-M_PV4-M_PVE-M thermoforming machines models

This automatic thermoforming machine model with only vacuum (model RVE) or vacuum and pressure (model PVE) is ideal for producing thermoformed parts in medium/high volumes. This use the advantage of electrical movements contained different and unique characteristics: it’s the only machine with a universal stacker, both upwards and downwards or with various styles of robots.

The features

• Unwind auto-lifting roll trolley system for a quick and simple setup.
• Film index with double pin chain driven by a servomotor. Optional offset system option to work with printed film.
• Preheat system that allows heating of the two lateral edges of the material to accommodate thicker and harder material production capabilities.
• Single resistance heating, optimizing heat distribution with integrated diagnostics.
• Independents forming station table movements actuated by servomotors.
  The forming press is equipped with plug assists moved by servomotors which allow an optimal distribution of the material. The press can rotate 180° or fixed with 4 columns for quick mould replacement and simple maintenance.
• Die-cutting with a four-column press and two mobile planes moved by toogles and servomotors.
• Stacking of shots either up or down, allowing for stacking on a shelf or carpet. “A & B” cross can be supplied directly in the stacker.
• Vacuum cup robot with the possibility of “A & B” crossing.
• Module robot for horizontal stacking of round or complicated parts directly on the shelf or in bags.
• Positions presses and devices via motorized actuators.
• Offset photocell for materials with colored material designs.
• Automatic friction winder with constant tension and pneumatic extraction of the scrap.
• Scrap material grinder which can be supplied in line with the machine.
• Additional punch die cutting presses available in all configurations: both in-line for obtaining holes or slots or off-machine with shearing and stacking integrated vertically or horizontally.
• Rolls preheater recommended for materials such as polypropylene.
• In-line extruder available so that the material is introduced directly into the thermoformer.
• In-line labeling (optional) by type with adhesive or cardboard glued on the thermoforms.
• Cycle management through an industrial interactive screen which makes it easier for the operator to adjust and memorize the working parameters.
• Telediagnostics via Internet: thanks to the possibility of directly communicating with the system at a distance, the O.M.G. technicians are always at the customer’s side in managing the system.
